I use my regular choc chip recipe, measure them out in scoops, shape them into rounds and insert the stick. It works fine (don't move them until they cool or the stick can rip the cookie)
I also smashed the dough into the Wilton treat pans and inserted the sticks, also worked fine.

I've used a recipe at a site called karenscakes.com. I'm not sure if it's the same recipe as the others listed but, it is good. (Really good site!, her cookies are so cute)
It is different than regular CCC. It works well if your cutting shapes. Personally, I really like the flavor. Between my kids, one REALLY likes them, the other does not. I say try them and see if they work for you. Let us know, I'm curious of others opinions.
