I assume you are talking about torting it so you can fill the center?
I'm going to be making the same one for a communion, the large one. I was wondering the same thing since it does seem pretty boring to just have plain cake and buttercream icing.
It seems pretty large but I guess if they torte sheet cakes this can be torted as well.

Yes I mean torted and I think the answer is a definite yes just learning the anguage but would hate to ruin it. My mentor is Nati and she has one on her sight and it is filled with ganache. This woman wants plain old boring vanilla so must find something tasty for the innards. How many people is the big one for, I figure I could get 30 out of the smaller one do you agree
The large one takes 2 cake mixes and says it serves 30. Not sure what size pieces they are talking about, though. You can look on the Wilton website, wilton.com, maybe they would have more specific serving information.
