There are many serving size charts out there. I'm wondering which one people think is the best. I am using one that I think portrays a very small serving size.

Does anyone have a better one out there????

I use the Wilton and have found several others including bakeries are very comparable to it!

Hi,
I didn't think either Wilton's or Earlene's serving charts looked like very big slices to me so I literally took all my cake pans and measured out what I thought looked like a decent size slice and that's what I go by.
Some of mine are the same or close to theirs, but most are less servings and bigger slices. Here's what I go by:
2 layers,
Rounds:
6"-12 servings
8"-20
9"-24
10"-32
12"-40

Square:
8"-20
10"-34
12"-48
16"-88

Heart:
6"-8
8"-20
10"-24
12"-32
14"-52

Petal & Hexagon
9"- 20

Oval-
5"x7"- 9

Sheet- 1 layer
1/4- (9"x 13")- 20
1/2- ( 12"x18"x)-36

Hope that helps.
