Well I have my first job icon_surprised.gif ! This weekend icon_eek.gif . It will be for an engagment party. I am looking for a really good cake/filling combo. They have left everthing to me which I love. I can get really into it. About 50 people will see & taste it icon_rolleyes.gif . I really want to make a good impression thumbs_up.gif . Any advise on what is ALWAYS a hit (filling & Cake flavor) Thanks so much in advance. icon_biggrin.gif

OUr most popular combos are
Kahlua fudge cake with white chocolate mousse
Champagne cake with bavarian cream
or French vanilla with strawberry cream

Any one would be pretty easy the only tough part that is kinda tough is getting the strawberry cream a good consistency

One of my favorites...and it's easy...is White Almond Sour Cream Cake with Raspberry filling. It's fabulous!
