How can you tell which cake mixes have pudding in them already
or are plain?
I want to make a doctored cake with mix that requires a mix
with out the pudding in it
Does any one know which brands do or don't
i've found that you can't always tell by the front of the box
thanks in advance

Duncan Hines is the only one that I know (of the 3 major brands) that doesn't have pudding in the mix.

Hi, there. I know it's an old thread, but is there a way to know from reading the ingredients of the cake mix?

We carry local brands of cake mixes that I love (i'm not living in the US) and I want to know if I can find out about the contents of the cake mix (if it has pudding in it or no).

TIA!!!
