Does anyone make Petit Fours? I need a recipe and I'd like to know how to charge? I need to know the secrets too.................. icon_smile.gif

Are you still looking? I wrote out my recipes and directions, and would be happy to email them to you if you PM me with your address. They're VERY detailed, which may or may not be a good thing!

Forgot to mention, because the petit fours I make are very elaborate, I charge $1/square inch.

There are dozens of discussions about petit fours here. If you search petit fours, there are recipes, and tips about how to handle the little monsters in ways that will keep you from tearing our your hair.

These are not quick and easy, therefore, not cheap.
