I am trying for the first time to make chocolate marshmallow fondant and all I have on hand is 1 16 oz bag of large marshmallows and one 7 1/2 oz jar os (fluff) marshmallow cream. How can I make this work for me. Is it the same amount as using the mini marshmallows? and how about the cream?. I am looking to try the recipie for chocolate marshmallow posted by nefgaby.
Any help will be greatly appreciated, thank you.

I use this recipe and it calls for one bag of 16 oz marshmallows. I only use about 7 cups of the powdered sugar. I have never made chocolate MMF though. Maybe some one else can help there.

I use the big marshmallows and it works just fine. I made one batch with both regular marshmallows and one jar of the cream mixed together. It worked great. I don't see why using just the cream would be a problem.
