Okay...so here is the question...can I use stiff Antonio74 cookie icing to make drop flowers? I really do not want to have to make up a batch of Royal Icing, and I already have the other made. I am making drop flowers to put on top of chocolate dipped peanut butter eggs.

Would this work? Essentially it is the same ingredients...and I know they will need drying time, etc. Plan to make tonight to have ready by Thursday night.

I'm certainly no expert on this but I don't see why you couldn't Antonia's icing is RI. I made it and used it on my cookies this past weekend and LOVED it ~ thanks Antonia74!!!

Yes, you can use it for anything you would use your regular royal for. Antonia's is royal.

Here's the link for the recipe.

Just an update...the Antonio74 icing worked great!!! I have now got 1000 drop flowers fully dried, and ready to go on chocolate dipped easter eggs. Thanks for the help...just love CC.

Antonio Icing is also Royal icing. Just another way of making it.
