I don't have any firsthand experience, but since pudding is milk based, I would say no. It seems it would seperate and turn liquidy. Bumping you up, maybe someone else can answer this for you. Good luck. ![]()

puddings are usually at lest somewhat cornstarch based, and cornstarch gets spongy and not very good at all if frozen.

I have frozen cakes with pudding filling with no ill effects. The pudding soaks into the cake for the most part anyway so it does not really affect the final product.
