Beautiful! I've never seen anything like it. Sorry, I don't know how to make the cone shape (unless you just carve the cake after you put the layers together??? I've never made any tiered cakes at all.
). Just bumping up for you!
BTW, welcome to CC!!! ![]()
It looks like no one can help. It seems there are answers for every thing but this one. Never mind. Thanks
Hang in there, the pros must be busy baking... ![]()
Have you googled it? I had a funny thought about how to partitaly make one.Take a colander stand to set the cake in. Maybe somehow use the colander I just havent come up with the part about how to make the inside smooth. I know alot of people bake things in cans for the right shape.
Hmmm . Maybe someone else has some ideas. ![]()
Wow! those are neat. I have never seen anything like them either.
I have not seen any pans that would even resemble that shape either. I would make it with 1" different layers stacked then trimmed, sounds like a lot of wasted cake, but then there are cake balls!!
Thanks for bringing these up, they look great!
Maybe someone who lives in europe will be able to answer this question better, maybe they are specialty pans that are over there.

I would say it is sculpted. They look fabulous! The first thing I thought of when I saw them, (being the halloween nut that I am) was a witches Hat! So I guess I'll be experimenting in October!
