Has anyone done the Green Greetings on pg. 73 in the Wilton 2004 year book? I was just wondering how hard the Leprechaun was going to be and if anyone had any other ideas on putting something else on top of the shamrock.
thanks audrey

Love your name Audrey. I named my daughter that!

Anyway, if you do the leprechaun in colorflow, you need to make it days ahead so you'll have time to know how it looks before crunch-time. I'm just learning this stuff so I make a few to experiment with and pick the best one to use. There are a few women that do fantastic work with colorflow and royal icing plaques. Boween is the only name I remember off the top o' my head. You could private message her for tips. Also, as far as other things to put on the cake, the only thing I can think of is a rainbow, pot of gold...

Hope that helps in some way.
