Do I have to add red food coloring to the DH Red Velvet Cake Mix ? It doesn't mention anything on the box about it so I assumed it either was pre colored or had some food coloring to add to it in the box, but now that I've openbed it it doesn't look red and no coloring hmmm

Haha nevermind! I started mixing it up and it turned red right away!!

And everything that touches it will turn red, too!

Will never forget making DH Red Velvet for ds' soccer cc cake. I filled them with bavarian cream. With in 2 hours, the cream had colored. The boys loved it, the parents thought it was quite unusual to have "bleeding" cupcakes!
