Does anyone have a recipe on how to make white chocolate fondant? I have heard of many professional decorators using chocolate and fondant together to get a better taste but I am unsure how to combine the two.
Do I use chocolate clay ( chocolate plastic) and knead it into my fondant or do I use just plain white melted chocolate?
