Do most people use the Wilton pans? I only used Wilton pans until recently. I bought a NordicWare 9x13 pan...and it turned out great! Talk about sharp corners. It was also a very high cake. I was just curious to see what the majority of people used. Thanks!

I have a lot of Wilton, mostly because you can get more types but I also use other kinds. I just depends on what I am looking for.

I took the Wilton courses, so I started with Wilton pans (Performance pans). And then I discovered Magic Line and will never go back. Heavy gauge aluminum, sharp corners. My cakes bake up great.

Most of my pans are Wilton, but I would really like to replace the rounds & squares with Magic Line - but they are so hard to find (especially at CC!), and so darn expensive to ship (as they are heavier than Wilton) icon_sad.gif!

I have a variety of pans that I use, I have 9 x 2" round that are calphalon, 8 x 3" round Magic line and 6 x2" Wilton. I also have some square 6" magic line and the wilton sheet size and 6" heart. So far my favorites are the calphalon and the Magic line. They just seem to be easier to work with and they don't have the tendancy to stick like the Wilton. I mainly use the wilton ones for sizes i don't use all that much-just to save money.
