I just recently got some new tips off ebay and well this was in with it... I have tried looking it up but havent been successful... OK so what is it and how the heck do you use it???? I included a picture so you can see what I am asking about... Please someone shed some light on this FUNKY lookin tool!

This is a finger rose lifter so you can transfer your flowers on to a cake without touching them.
