I just finished making this birthday cake for a co-worker. I truly have no clue where I was going with this. I think it looks like it belongs in a circus. I'm thinking I may not give it to her and just leave it here at home. WHAT WAS I THINKING???
I'll post the pic. Would you give it to her???

P.S. In the picture it looks grey but it is actually purplish.

Give that cake to her!!! It looks great!!!! It's beautiful and bright and pretty. I would be thrilled with it. Don't leave it at home!! You worked hard on it!!

Definitely take her the cake! It is bright and cheerful, and try to remember what matters most:

You made this for HER birthday, she will just be pleased you remembered. I would hate for someone to think that I FORGOT their birthday!
