the only person I could think of that wouldnt notice a not so perfect cake would be Courtney Love.... but heck if I was a pro and my work reflected that I'd say Chris Cagle, Toby Keith, Trace Adkins....I know they arent females but goodness my heart jumps and skips a beat when I see or hear those babes.

ummm if this had come up awhile ago I would have said Matha Stewards. I would stick a nice big GP metal file on top. Along with perfect boarders and roses just to show her up. 
But now....Kenny Chesney. Just so I would finally have a chance to meet his gorgeous @$$. Plus I@think he would want something really simple that I would actually be able to do with out messing up.
I would pick Oprah. She would be AMAZED 
at my cakery prowess. My phone would ring and her personnel assistant would be BEGGING me to be on her show...I'd get a book deal...and of course, lol, Oprah would plug my book in her book club segment...next a 30 minute show on the Food Channel----Move over Sugar Rush!

Hey Peachshortcake, I've got Kenney Chesney concert tickets!! He's coming back to town on April 23rd! This will be my 3rd time seeing him!! 
I watched Barbara Walter's special the other night.. I think I would like to do a cake for Matthew McConahay (sp). He is drop dead gorgeous!! And a TX boy too!! Can't go wrong there!! 
It wouldn't be a wedding cake though.... hmmmm I'll have to think on that one...

Wow, Carla, I'm sorry to hear that! Why won't he come to Canada? That's not fair!! I sure hope you get to see him one day! His concerts are great! Dierks Bently & SugarLand are touring with him. I'm excited about seeing SugarLand but I don't like Dierks Bently (eventhough my 16 yr old daughter loves him). Wish you could be there! I'll be thinking about you! I still don't understand why he won't come to Canada. Hmmm

I would love to see Dierks Bentley and Sugarland. Sugarland is coming to the Merrrit Mountain Music Festival, but im too broke to go. Dierks is awesome, I love his music. I think I have to side with your daughter on this one, most likely because i'm only 20....

Turtle you are too funny. I would stay on a tropical island all the time if I could. I am the first to complain that Canada doesn't get hot enough during the summer, and don't even think about bringing up my opinion of winter here!!!
Billy is also really hot, and has a great voice. Dierks is just so much fun to dance to when I'm in the kitchen.
Alas I won't be seeing Sugarland anytime soon, any money I have left from my paycheque is going towards my trip. Besides, at the moment even thinking about taking time off work is out of the question. Oh well there's always next time.
