I had to do a Raven cake, the child wanted a pic of the girl one the cake, so I had the picture laminate and then did the rest of the logo in icing, she was thrilled. She got to keep the pic and put in on her wall when she got home.

She's always very colourful. You could do a cake in bright colours, orange, pink, blue, yellow, etc. Maybe have the logo on it as well. Possibly a tie-dye type cake? Good luck!

Here is a link to a bunch of pics of the main character. On a few of them it has the title in yellow, orange, pink. I like the idea that Thumperbunny had the laminated pic, then you could use the title with the colors. Unless you are really good, there are some nice pics of her you could do the FBCT out of=) HTH, Jen

Edited to add the link(had a brainfart and forgot to put the link on)...

We've done one before with a picture that was used for the decorations. I will upload it to the gallery if you want to check it out. DH does the decorating. He just draws the picture then traces it on the cake and fills it in. He wasnt happy with this one but it may help you.

I cant get the gallery to open so I am trying to post it here.

My daughter had a Raven cake last year and I decided to make a pair of jeans cake because Raven always wears those wild embellished jeans. It turned out pretty cute, not as cute as my mental image but you ya know...anyway she wears jeans with lots of rhinestones and sparkles and embroidered designs like flames, zebra stripes and flowers.

My 8 y.o. daughter could tell who that was right away. She loves that show and was just watching it this morning. Good job! It looks hard to do.

It turned out great. I like the FBCT look better because the face is smooth. The one I posted and others we have done like it...makes me think the person has a skin disease.

Thank you all for making me feel better.
I thought the pic does not look like raven.
I was even a little disappointed.
But if a 8 yr old can recognize it, then I should not worry.
Believe me children tell you exaclty how it is. icon_wink.gif
Thanks again!
