Viva Method?

Can anyone tell me what the VIVA method is?

In the articles section is a description of the method to smooth crusting buttercream with a paper towel.

I personally like the viva method the best. I tried other ones and I just couldn't do it. I know everyone's different

I still have to try melvira's method...but I think the viva method works great for now!
