I've been asked to make a cake for a nine year old girl's birthday. She wants a tiered cake (9" and 6"). The mom told me her family likes chocolate cake, chocolate frosting and the little girl likes horses. Sounds like brown, brown and brown. Any ideas to spice up the looks of this cake?

Pink matches well with brown and has been a very popular combo.

I agree..pink looks great with brown. So does turquoise. Good luck! I'd love to see the finished product!
