I bought Betty Crocker's cream cheese icing, wanting to make cupcakes for my daughter's birthday TOMORROW and I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions on how to make it stiffer(i do not know if that is a word) icon_razz.gif I want to make the big swirls on top of the cupcake without it getting all runny. TIA

Hmmm -- I guess you could try adding some powdered sugar -- a little at a time. That's the only thing we add to frosting to make it stiffer (yes, that's a term. icon_smile.gif )

That's what I would try too. That's really about the only thing that I know of to make icing stiffer. Good luck!!
