I was asked to do a cake yesterday for Saturday. I'm already in the middle of it. I've baked the cakes and was planning on icing them before I put the fondant on tomorrow morning. Now she said she doesn't need it until Monday. Is it too early to keep going on the pace that I have been planning on? I don't want the cakes to just be sitting there. Aah what to do icon_confused.gif

It should be fine... just keep it out of the heat and in the a/c ... I see you're in Baton Rouge.. I'm in Lake Charles and you know how hot our days can get down here lol ... hopefully you don't have any fillings that require refrigeration ... if not, it will be fine once you seal it off with your icing and cover w/fondant .. good luck and let us know how it turns out .. post a pic!!
