Are there any tutorials on how to wrap the cookies in the shrink paper?

I use the shrink wrap bags. I'll PM you.

Your cookies are beautiful. Can you please pm me too with instructions. Also do you have any tutorials posted - your cookies are just terrific and any pointers would be greatly appreciated- especially a recipe that will hold its shape while baking and tricks for icing with Royal Icing. Thank you.
