I was just wondering... What cake pan do you use the most !?!?!?
I'm making cake dummies using that Great Stuff spray from Home Depot, but I'd like to know what pans are used the most so I can make dummies of them... I need to expand my portfolio.

Rounds usually the 10 & 12 and the 10 & 12 square

I use the 10" round the most I think. Lately i've been doing alot of Sheet cakes...(ARGHHHH!), but I'd rather be doing rounds!

It sems to me the rage in wedding cakes for the past year has been square, of course basic round is always a good choice too. And I am doing a lot of mixed shapes lately..i.e. a square with a round then a hex etc.

i do more sheets then anything. 12x18, for rounds my most used is a 10 or 8 in

I use my pans turned upside down to make dummies. The cake with strawberries is my first one I did that way. Just cleaned it when I was finished.
