I can't say that he is hot physically to me, but he is cute. I think it is his comments that makes me like him. 
I'm sure my post will be removed, but I've always wondered if he's ever stoned while working.
I've wondered that too, on occasion, but maybe he's just tired from all the hours he puts in and all the hard work he does. Duff's wackiness can probably get a little exhausting, too.
I think he is hilarious. I love all the little under-the-breath comments he makes! Hot....not to me. I still like him though and think he is probably the most laid back guy I've ever seen.
On youtube.com there is a video of him w/ his guitar, singing a song he probably wrote. It's actually pretty good and shows him in a totally different light than what we're all used to seeing!
After a quick internet search I would have to say not my type, athough if that is what you go for I can totally see it working. This being said I have not watched the program so if the personality is on thats what really gets me going. (side note: he's skinny, i want a big italian man is this odd?)

I definitely second that. haha I think he is so hot. I also think he is so funny, I like him alot more than I like Duff.
I think he's cute, in that silly, goofy guy kinda way. My hubby actually has a friend named Jeff who looks kinda like him. Weird! I do want whatever he is taking. I am way too high strung! LOL! Yep, I have a nice Italian man too. He was way too skinny when he came home from basic training (7 years ago), but that didn't last long!
P.S. dated someone that was skinnier than me once and won't do that again! LOL! He once put my jeans on by mistake and they were a bit loose (this was back in my skinny days too). I wasn't pleased. To be thin again.......
I love Geoff's dry sense of humor. I like him a lot better than Duff. (Duff's laugh is like nails on a chalkboard - JMO 
He seems very laid back which is probably why he and Duff work so well together. Also, he is so very meticulous when working on a cake. That really impresses me. He knows his stuff... such a turn on.

So I can't really say that I think either of them are hot necessarily, but I think Geoff is soo funny. I'm not one to laugh out loud much while watching tv, but I swear some of his little comments make me laugh out loud! Dh always looks at me funny because I'm laughing watching a cake show)
But anyway, I really like him. I like Duff too, but Geoff is just awesome. It seems like a pretty cool place to work! I think I would be laughing more than I would be working though

OMG! This made me laugh!!
One time when we were on vacation (therefore both of us living out of the same suitcase) hubby mistakenly put on a pair of my jean shorts. He had no clue they weren't his and I didn't notice until we were walking along the beach and saw the back pockets. I had tears rolling down my face I was laughing so hard!! He didn't think it was funny at all. I've lost 30 pounds since then - but I still "borrow" his dress belts on occasion. Thankfully I have to use the last hole - whereas he has to use one of the first ones.
As for "Hot".......neither Duff nor Geoff do anything for me.

I totally have to agree with you!!! I was lucky enough to meet Duff at the Mid Atlantic Cake Show last weekend and I was in heaven! My friend and I were joking about private cake decorating lessons!

I love the whole energy of Charm City Cakes, and I completely agree-Geoff has this dry sense of humor that is spot on and makes the moment hilarious.
Duff is my favorite, though. I even like his unique laugh!

Say what you will about me, but Geof from Ace of Cakes just totally does it for me. I don't know what it is exactly about him - but I think I watch that show more for him than the cakes!
OMG, you are so right! I actually think he is cuter then Duff.....ok, wait, I have gone too far There is something about him ~ I think it's his really dry, sarcastic sense of humor that just cracks me up!!
I love Duff's laugh!! It shows he truly loves what he is doing!
