I was wondering, what the difference was. There is petal dust, luster dust and sparkle dusts. I need to paint on a piece of fondant, so which would I use. Or could I use either for the same results.

petal dust is generally used for gumpaste flowers for color dusting. Lustre dust leaves a irridescent sheen. Sparkle dust is a larger grain sparkle.
