....get fondant to dry faster??? I need to use fondant to make a rainbow that I can stand up between 2 round cakes. Is there still time enough to do that and have it dry in time???? I was going to put it together in the morning and I need to put it between the cakes about 24 hours later. TIA!!!!
I was just going to use wilton because I just need a little and don't really have time to make the mmf. Although I will be making a batch on sun but that will be to late for this.
sit it in your oven (switched off) and put the fan on... if it has a fan....
sit it in the sun
use a hairdryer -- at a safe distance
ummm.... lost now

I've heard just to leave it in the oven (off) with just the light on over night.
Put it in the oven on an upper rack (right near the top) on a cookie sheet, and turn the light, not the oven, on. Leave up to 48 hours. The heat from the light is more than enough to dry it. That's how I did my colorflow monograms a couple weeks ago.
Another option is if you have a food dehydrator you can use that. Works like a charm! ![]()
