Do any of you know of this weight/inches loss program - if it works, how expensive, etc?
Yes, it is a laxative program and I lost 60 pounds overnight, only 60 pounds you say, haha! Sorry, just kidding and I couldn't resist, I really don't know anything about it.

I both used and sold herbalife. I really would not recomend it your are wasting your money. I did lose some weight while using the products it just was not as promised. The only weight you will loose is from your pocketbook. I know some people that swear by it. but just dont believe what they claim.
I'm using Trimspa....and no I'm not walking around asking others if they "like my body"
.....but it is working!! only a week and lost 5lbs!! Now if I would exercise bet I could lose more!really gives you energy and you're not as hungry....all without the jittery feeling!!
But I must say thanks squirrely I was ready to run out and buy what you had!!! ....but then I realized laxative+ 60lb loss overnight= you must've been full of sh........ ![]()

Sad to say but true but you know, recognizing the problem is the first step in correcting it, haha!
I apologize for that comment, it was really late at night and I was being silly. I always read the posts about diets, being menopausal, I have for the first time in my life, absolutely no way of losing weight no matter what I have tried. Before, I was a size 3, now a size 14. Never had such a frustrating time, it is like my metabolism stopped, in fact, I keep checking my pulse to make sure I am still alive. I bought myself a pedometer, walked 5 miles a day, did every darn diet under the sun. I gained 15 pound in two weeks on one, 12 pounds on anther, gained 7 pounds in one week on Weight Watchers which actually used to work well for me. I tried them all. I spent a lifetime of controlling my weight until menopause. It isn't like I don't know how to diet, I do. I know the calorie content of just about every food there is. I know what is supposed to work and what used to work. So I read all of these posts and hope to find something that will work.
So off-topic a bit but what I wanted to say is, the time to lose weight is before menopause because boy when it strikes, the weight issues get really out of hand for some of us.

I liked your comment squirrelly!! I laughed....out loud even!! I hope my comment back didn't cause any offense.... ![]()
Have you had your thyroid checked? I don't know anything about menopause.....but it seems both my mil and mother had the same struggle and it ended up being a thyroid issue! I maintained my own weight pretty well too until those twins had a hit at my body and hormones!!! Then it was like quicksand in the diet isle!! SO far Trimspa seems to really work.....but I should with family history and all get my thyroid checked too!!

Haha, no offense taken kiddo, I know my faults well, haha! I have my thyroid checked often because of an irregular heartbeat but it comes back within normal range but that is a good point kiddo. I have all the symptoms of thryroid without the test results, figures! I agree that hormones are a real source of weight issues. Oh well, could be worse.
