I was wondering! Sounds like our camera's power is too much to upload on CC. I have to resize mine as well so it does lose some of its sharpness!!! Great shot on the butterfly though! Excellent!

I take my pictures in "Email mode". I rarely ever have to resize them to upload to CC and I get a nice size pic icon_smile.gif

How do I know if my camera has a macro function?? I have an older digital camera, the Canon A60, which is 2.0 mp.

Loved the butterfly picture...

Well before digital having macro capabilities ment buying special lenses now with digital camera this mode is represented by a tulip shaped icon on the camera. You may have to refer to your operating manual but from what I found on my fav website it does not have one. Macro mode allows you to place your camera super close to your subject . ex: within 10cm. You can take great close up with your camera without this function. However, for those out there who do have this function on their camera should experiement with it and give it a try.

Not all camera's have this icon. Mine does not because it is a "built in" feature.

As far as your batter is concerned...previewing your pics often will drain the battery very fast. Do your editing (deleting etc.) on the computer. And keep the shutter closed when not in use.
