I thought it would be nice to start a thread on types of fillings that people use and if they need to be refigerated or not. I am thinking about doing a filling and it will be blueberry jam. Does the jam in the cake need to be refredgerated? What fillings do you use? Thanks Jen

Jam usually does not need refrigeration.

No, you don't. And you can also just mix it with your BC; that's what most bakeries in town do. thumbs_up.gif
