**small vent**

I own a legal commerical kitchen. So I have "necessaries" for the health inspector.

One of them is a temp guage in my oven. Well, I just got a NEW oven and the delivary guys came to pick up my old oven, and took it away.

Well, I just realised my temp guage went with the oven.

Shoot, now I have to go out and buy a new one. Bleh....

That is such a pain. At least they aren't too expensive.
