I work at a college that is implementing a new computer system TOMORROW! I want to make a cake to encourage everyone, but I have no idea what to do. I thought of doing a pool and writing something like, 'Let's take the plunge!'
What are some other [easy] ideas?

Hi, and welcome to CC! You will soon be spending SO much of your free time here, get ready for it. LOL I am not very creative to help you with an idea for your cake, but I thought I'd give you a bump up so someone else can see your post and possibly help you. Btw, your idea sounds pretty cool to me! 
draw something with a computer...since it will be a computer system that's being implemented...and write UPDATE 2.0...
love the idea of a computer but... if you are going to do a pool cake here are some suggestions, make a 2 lair cake cut a hole into it but not deep enogh to touch the bottom. then fill it with jello. done it millions of times. EASY!!! then take brown sugar for sand and sprinkle it on the top. make the sides of the cake as if you were looking into the ocean, add seaweed, divers,fish, then add a lady on a towel, add the lets take a plundge sighn after!
I wish I would have seen this the other day. I would have told you to make a cake decorated like a keyboard, then at the top, put a cupcake with the word ANY on it.
It goes with the Hit Any Key jokes that you read about when people call the network administrator for technical support.
