I just wanted to say hello, i am a newbie
and although i have discovered this beautiful website some time ago
i just recently started posting my cakes.
My husband does all the internet "work" for me..
he's is working on a translation of my website for the english viewers.
But he has to stay out of MY kitchen 
cause it is me who does all the baking of the cakes! 
My name ? Saskia and i live in the Netherlands.
I am a mother of three boys, 17 years old, 6 years old and a very busy toddler 1 and a half years old !
How long have i been baking cakes ?
For more then 17 years, but the last six years from a bussines point of vieuw.
And i still love it !!
I also teach others how to bake and create the most wonderfull things with cake and fondant.
Fondant or sugarpaste is my thing.
My pictures are posted under my husbands name.. eros
Feel free to ask me what ever you want and i will try to give you an honest answer.

I am from Puerto Rico, but reside in the US in Florida. I have two handsome boys one is 24 yrs old, and the youngest just turned 16. My husband is from Colombia. I started baking cakes out of a hobby to take things to my sons school activities since I work at the school, I'm still employed with the school system going on 20 years. Anyhow, I took more and more classes and I love it! I have been making cakes for 7 years now.

I just looked at your cakes. Wow! You will be a wonderful asset to this site. I am a newbie to decorating and to CC, and I have found the information here invaluable. I had been just looking around at CC before I joined a couple of weeks ago. I actually have posted very few questions because usually when I have one, I am able to find it already asked and answered by others! It is very nice to have a place like this to get answers and ideas from others, where a newbie like me is not made to feel like a newbie! (Thanks CC!) After looking at your beautiful cakes, I am sure I will be in need of your advice at some point, too!
