I'm taking the Wilton fondant icing class. The instructor told us to "glue" the fondant to our board and cake but I don't have the product she told us to get. Is there any other way to "glue" the fondant down?

Thanks. I'm working on my homework for class tomorrow night!

Anything 'wet' will allow it to stick. Icing or a bit of water usually works fine. If you are using water, brush it LIGHTLY on the fondant, then stick it to your board. You can also use piping gel or cornsyrup
