I used fondant mixed with cellogen (similar to tylose).... and alot of patience! hehehe
thanks for all the compliments guys... really didnt think they were that good (and not being modest or searching for compliments or anything) I've not made animals before and compared to some I've seen these don't look so great... but guess we are always our worse critic!
I love your animals. I think they are adorable. Great Job!! What did you use to make them?
oh oh oh your farm animals are the cutest! I love pigs! They're so small I just wanna squish 'em. I always wanna squish little cute things--kinda like people like to pinch cheeks.
Feef,
They are soo cute! You did a great job on them all! Those little sheep look so soft and fluffy and you gave them real expression. You really have a talent for this. I'll be anxious to see the cake when the time comes!
No, the sheep don't need legs! They're perfect as they are. They're just too fluffy to see their legs! Just precious! I know I know, you'll always see the tiniest things you think of as flaws, we talk about that all the time here. They're perfect, really!!
OH MY GOSH! I'm dying because these are so cute! I am going to have to try this some day... you guys make it look so cool!
Well, guess ther verdict is in........
They're simply adorable! Don't change a thing (unless you decide to make more).
Thanks guys... now i'm blushing! hehehe
As for learning how to do them... I just wing it... I look at pics on the web of toys, drawings etc and go from there - nothing has ever turned out how I had it in my head exactly... I've made about a dozen chickens last night... and a rooster... hubby was happy about that! hehehe... still gotta tackle making a horse & tractor... not sure how they will go!
Thanks again guys - you're all too sweet!
