Alright, I've seen these on here before, and they look fairly easy to make, but HOW?!?! Are the dipped in White chocolate and then Milk Chocolate or what?
And what kind/brand of chocolate would you use for them? It will be part of a grooms cake...

There is a very effective search button that can help you answer this and many other questions. In the search use tuxedo strawberries and limit the search by message titles, and in the How Do I forum. there are several other threads about how to do tuexedo berries. here is one:

Good Luck

Here is how i did mine. I used wilton candy melts which were very easy to use. Then I dipped in white and let set up. I then dipped on an angle with the dark and then piped on the little tie.

If at all possible to order coating chocolate, I would use it for both the white and dark chocolate, instead of candy melts. I personally think coating chocolate tastes a lot better. Or you could use just quality chocolate and add a bit of butter to it when you melt it down... no, I don't know how much. You just want it glossy and you won't need to worry about tempering the chocolate.
