Please someone one help me i am new at this stuff and i am trying to figure out what on earth is 10x powdered sugar and 6x powdered sugar.
What is the difference and where can i get it?????????? thank you!

the x refers to how fine the sugar is. 10x is more fine and is usually what the name brands will be. SOME store brands will be 6x. In many cases, it won't matter. but to be save, use a name brand like C&H.

The number of sugarm such as " 10-X " simple tells you hw many times it has been refined,. In other words, the hgher the number the mre refined it is.
