Double chocolate cupcake they are so simple and tast great.
here's the link.
http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/4155/double+chocolate+cupcakes
I know this is an Aussie site so here are the conversions.
1 cup cream = 8.8 fl.oz
450g chocolate = 16 oz
165g castor sugar = 6 oz
150g flour =5.3 oz

Instead of making cupcakes I made a two layer cake.
Put it into 2 shallow 8 in tins and cooked them for about 40 minutes.
Sandwiched with a layer of whipped cream covered in ganache.

I lined the piping bag with ganache and poured it out, then filled with whipped cream. Just an accident really, too lazy to wash bag. icon_lol.gif

Castor sugar is really super fine sugar. Not the same as cofectioners sugar
But you could you can use regular sugar just make sure it is dissolved
