I was in Barnes & Nobles the other day and saw a Jello book on sale, I snatched it right up. Since Neijad made the jello cake the wheels have been spinning. WHAT A WONDERFUL IDEA! Never even thought about it. Anyway, there are so many wonderful recipes in it. Hubby and I tried one last night it was delicious.

1 pkg jello gelatin
3/4 cups boiling water
1/2 cold water & add ice cubes til you get to 1 cup
1 cup yogurt

Pour the boiling water in blender and add the jello, blend for one minute.
Pour in ice water and ice cubes, stir until almost dissolved (take out remaining ice pieces). Add yogurt and blend until smooth.

Pour into 4 dessert cups, chill until set (about an hour)

This thing is so delicious you wouldn't even think it was Jello. I tastes like the whipped yougurts.

I used sugar free and you couldn't even notice.

reminds me of a jello grandma used to make any flavor made as usual while still warm stir in some vanilla icecream it melts and helps set the jello and you end up with a layered jello desert yummy it make the layers by itself.
