If you are reading this in the next few minutes, you are a night owl like me!! It's 5:21a.m. and I just finished my latest cake. The bride cake that I talked about in my other posts.

Hope you all like it. I am so tired, but I have no time to sleep. I have to wake my children in about 10 minutes to start getting ready for school. Such is the life of a mother!! 
Made the veil, the dress, and the decorations. The veil took me 4 hours to make, sew by hand. I started the cake 3 days ago, and just finished about 40 minutes ago. And somehow, I am still awake!!! LOL
I am speechless, and that doesn't happen often. LOL. WOW
omg this is so beautiful....i can't wait to see the rest!!! i am like you i do my best work at all hours of the morning.....usually from the time the kids go to sleep until i have to wake them up!!! hahahahahaha.....but for some reason...like you i just have the energy...and do not have any concept of time.....GREAT JOB!!! YOU ROCK!!!

I thought that this was a picture of a real flower girl when I first saw it. Wow it wasn't until I read a couple posts that I learned that it was a cake. That is a great cake. You are a great artist. 
I have NEVER said that I couldn't cut a cake (I love cake ).......however, I would have a very hard time cutting this one! My jaw literally dropped when I saw the pic. You should be very very proud of yourself!
the dress is so delicate! great job!
maybe I'm crazy for saying this, but I feel the blue calas are distracting from the rest of the white composition, maybe all white calas?
Totally agree with you on the flowers.....these were my first ones ever, and I totally messed them up. When I do them again they will be all white, nothing else. I tried to make the stamens silver too....big mistake!!!
The cake was a hit and I may have a couple of other jobs from it. I hope!
