I'm doing a baby shower cake for a lady at our church. It's a girl and she has already been born. The theme of the cake is a little baby on a cloud. I need something cute to write on the cake, but I don't want to include the baby's name. (It's a traditional hawaiian name and is like 5 or 6 names all of them I am unable to say or understand). Should I say Congratulations or Welcome? Welcome to our newest little Angel. Congratulations on your little gift from God. These all sound too wordy. Anyone got any cute ideas, I need it for tomorrow. Thanks.

I probably read this here but one that sticks in my mind is:
A gift from Above,
A baby girl to Love.
Not sure how big your cake is, that might be too much writing. It would be cute with your cloud themes with some stars and moons too. I like welcome instead of congratulations since she is already here.
Hope that helps!

Hi SarahJane, Here's another site you may like

I just did a cake today for someone having twin girls. It was a baby shower cake. I got the idea from a cake in the gallery, It said Sent from Heaven Above A baby boy for you to love. So thank you to whomever had that on their cake (I decorated mine differently though). I wrote:
Sent from Heaven above
Two babies for you to Love
on my cake.
Again thank you very much to whomever had that on their cake as it inspired me in a pinch!!
