Welcome to Cake Central. The only other site that I am familiar with that has a discussion forum is www.Wilton.com. I know there are many others, but that is the only one I can think of. You might want to use Google and see what pops up.

It's a lot more basic than Cake Central, but you might find some useful information there.
From what I've seen Wilton and Cake Central are the best. : )
