which would be the best recipe found in the cake bible? I just got the book and wanted input from those that have used those recipes before. Thanks!!

I don't have the book but i'll bump ya!!

There are so many recipes, and many bakers have different results with scratch recipes. These are well tested recipes by an expert baker. Just pick a couple that you might use and give them a try.

The chocolate fondant is wonderful

I wasn't to thrilled with the book,, i got it because she was at ices convention and she was signing it,,hehehehe but it seemed that there sure were a lot of cake that had to be baked in a bundt pan,, so, i skipped that book, then she was in my town last year with her cupcake book, got that signed,, heheheeheh but i have not use either one,, to bad for me i guess.. but just pick some and try them is all you can do,, good luck!!!

i've only ever made the butter cakes, white and yellow. i liked them both, but i can't compare them to any of the others.
