Can anyone tell me the size pan that is used for 1/4, 1/2 and a full sheet cake?

Welcome to cake central. There is a library's worth of information already posted it this forum. If you use the search button above, enter sheetcake sizes and limit it to the titles only, you will find several earlier threads on the topic.
