Rice Paper???

I have never used rice paper and was wondering what to do with it?

There is quite a lot you can do with rice paper, (aka wafer paper) in the way of cake decorating.

One popuplar thing is to make realistic edible butterflies:

I have used it to trace Starberry shortcake and color her in with edible markers and thinned color gels. I then placed it ontop of a cake. Canada does not have Strawberry Shortcakes license so I had to improvise.

So kinda like an edible image drawn by you...I also like the butterfly examples..I think I might purchase the book and get to practicing.
