okay i'm making 15 cakes for a wedding all single layer with buttercream decorated with roses. how much would you charge?Plus she wants up to 12 different flavors!!
I charge $25-30 for an 8" buttercream cake and $40 for a fondant cake. This is for a party though, for wedding it should be a little more... since it is all BC I would charge around $35 each for BC. HTH.
single layer 8" cake is half a recipe is it not? If she wants 12 flavors, you need to figure in any batter that would be wasted when determining your price.
