Hello everyone,

I am looking for a recipe for plain cheescake. I've never made a cheescake before and tomorrow is my step-daughters 21st birthday and that is what is want's.

Thanks in advance.

I use the cheesecake supreme in the Better Home & Gardens cook book. I love it, if you need the recipe you can pm me.

it might depend what kind of cheesecake - there are different types (new york style, ricotta based, etc)
