Look at the top of the forums. You will see something that says YOU HAVE 1 NEW MESSAGE, or something like that.

Click that text and it will take you to your Private Messages area.

Heath--Thanks so much for your reply. I'm still learning how to navigate CC. I know how to get to the PM area---what do I do when I get there?? Really appreciate your help. Carol

Not Heath, but...
Click on the message. Then, well you can quote the message while replying or at the top or at the bottom of the message you will see something that says, "Post reply'. This will bring you to another screen where you type in your response. When you are done, you hit the "Submit' button on the bottom. Hope that helps.
