I am making my next cake with MMF. This will be my first time. I printed out the recipe my ntertayneme (hope I spelled that right icon_razz.gif ) but I need to know what the yield is for that recipe. I need to cover a 12" 2 layer round (so about 4 inches high) and 8" 2-layer round. Thanks!

it depends on how thick/thin you are able to roll the fondant. I suggest you test it ahead of time. the fondant can be kept, very, very well wrapped for a few weeks.
