I would stack 2 sheet cakes and carve it. The design wouldn't be that hard, it looks like a long triangle.The pain would be the details, depending on how detailed you wanted to get. Have you looked up a picture that you could copy. There is a lego set even that would give you a basic design. You could ice in buttercream and smooth or you could cut panels of fondant for a smoother look. Good luck and I would love to see a picture.
